We produce and sell free range and cage eggs and will soon be adding barn laid egg to our range. All our eggs are produced on our farm by happy, healthy chickens and we can guarantee it because they wouldn’t be laying eggs if they weren’t.
Our eggs have a use by date of at least one month and if your refrigerate them they will last a few additional weeks.
We source all our meat from local producers. Being farmers ourselves we do our best to support our local businesses. We buy in whole bodies and do all the cutting and boning in store guaranteeing the quality.

Dry aging of meat is a process achieved in a climatically controlled cabinet, see ours in store. As the meat ages the protein relaxes in the meat increasing the tenderness.
