Our eggs are produced on our farm in central victoria. We started in farming and are still doing so to ensure the best of welfare for the chickens and a quality product for you, our customers.
We produce and sell free range and cage eggs and will soon be adding barn laid egg to our range. All our eggs are produced on our farm by happy, healthy chickens and we can guarantee it because they wouldn’t be laying eggs if they weren’t.
Our eggs have a use by date of at least one month and if your refrigerate them they will last a few additional weeks.
We source all our meat from local producers. Being farmers ourselves we do our best to support our local businesses. We buy in whole bodies and do all the cutting and boning in store guaranteeing the quality.
Our Click and Collect service will be launched this year. All you'll need to do is select items, the amount you would like and the day, date and time you would like to collect it. We will prepare your order for you to pay for in store, on collection. Too easy.
Dry aging of meat is a process achieved in a climatically controlled cabinet, see ours in store. As the meat ages the protein relaxes in the meat increasing the tenderness. The dry atmosphere draws moisture from the meat, in turn intensifying the flavour. It is the best of the best and the perfect accompaniment for your favourite red.
